We want as many people to experience Emira as possible which is why we ship nationally across Australia. We offer complimentary FREE express shipping to customers in Australia with orders over $149. For a global shipping request please email our Customer Service team via emira.collective@gmail.com so we can try to work our magic!
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & COST
We work so hard at Emira to ensure that when you order our team aim to dispatch on the same day, in our bid to offer a prompt and timely service as we know how excited you are to receive your Emira pieces! All orders will be processed and delivered between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS
What if I need to make updates to my order?
Once your order has shipped, we're unable to modify shipping information (incorrect address / upgrade shipping options) or add/remove items.
If you've made a mistake, email us within an hour of placing your order to our Customer Service team via emira.collective@gmail.com so we can make any updates before dispatching.
If you email us after that window, we can't guarantee we'll be able to make any changes but will execute reasonable measures to aim to do so and you may be charged a $X redelivery fee.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We absolutely do! All standard shipping options and Australia Post Express can be delivered to a P.O. box or Parcel Locker.

How do I track my package during shipping?
The carrier will provide you with tracking information after dispatch.
Our carriers may experience slight delays in transit from time to time, this is normal and is due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. If this happens don’t be concerned and you can keep an eye on your tracking details from the carrier and contact them if you have reason to believe there has been an issue of concern. What is the cost of shipping internationally?
Please refer to the table above for the cost of shipping per each location. If your country is not on our list of countries we are able to ship to please email emira.collective@gmail.com as we will use our best measures to see if there is something we can arrange to allow you to purchase with Emira.
What happens if my package is lost?
If you can't find your package, we kindly ask you to thoroughly search your property, including any inconspicuous spots where it might be tucked away. Please check all entrances, including the garage area and any other places which may be regarded as an entrance. If applicable, inquire at your mail room or front desk reception. It's also a good idea to touch base with other members of your household and neighbors to check if someone accepted the package on your behalf, as this can happen! Should your parcel remain unaccounted for after these efforts, we recommend reaching out to the courier service for documentation of the delivery, as our shipping options often permit delivery to secure locations. If, even with proof of delivery, your parcel remains unaccounted for, please don't hesitate to contact the Customer Service team at emira.collective@gmail.com and we'll be more than happy to provide assistance. However, please be aware that we are unable to issue refunds for parcels that have been marked as delivered but are still missing.
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
In the case of damaged goods during shipping, in accordance with our returns policy we do not offer refunds but will be able to offer you a store credit or replacement if your return is accepted.
If you believe that you have a quality or damage issue that may warrant a return and replacement then please direct your query and concern to our Customer Service team via emira.collective@gmail.com.
You have 28 days from receiving the product(s) to begin the return process. For faulty items, we arrange to exchange your product(s) providing you with a replacement or store credit.
To make your claim please send us via email to emira.collective@gmail.com the following information along with a photo accompanying the details of the issue:
- Name
- Product details
- Proof of purchase (including order number)
- Details of issue with the product
If you're located outside of Australia
If you're located in the UK or USA your order will not include taxes and your local customs authorities may charge import tax and duty upon delivery.
