Refund policy

At Emira, we want you to be absolutely over the moon with your purchases. If, for any reason, you find yourself not completely in love with your pieces, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy that allows for EXCHANGEREFUND, or STORE CREDIT

28-Day Return Window:
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a generous 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Within this period, you may initiate a return for the items you wish to send back for EXCHANGEREFUND, or STORE CREDIT.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • You have your proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

Items not eligible for Return:

  • All sale items
  • Items must not have make-up, tan stains or pet hair from wear or try-on
  • Items must have all tags attached & untouched
  • Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging
  • Return parcels must have reference to order name or order number (fill in returns card) to allow us to identify the order.

Emira reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, marked, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
 

Store Credit:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue you with a store credit for exchange or issue your refund for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.

Exclusions:
Please note that certain items, such as those items mentioned above may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our Customer Support team immediately at emira.collective@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

NOTE: Please only send the item back to us after receiving confirmation from our team.
